  Decent GP surgery. Receptionist are lovely, well informed and consistent. Tend to see a different Dr/GP every time but - at least they see me. I have had same day appointments and been able to book in advance, usually within same week. Even weekend apppntment, which is amazing. Clearly a busy practice, no doubt underfunded, doing really well to cope. SMS Appointment confirmations are great. Thanks for the hard work in loooking after everyone in your community - it's (frequently taken for granted) - Appreciated! Xx

  They have got to be one of the worst gps in the country. The staff simply don't answer the phones half the time when they do they are completely unhelpful. Been calling for 2 weeks just to get an appointment and every day they say the same thing. Call tomorrow. Or call later in the day, if you do call later in the day the rest of the staff say they don't know why you were told that as they can give appointments. Just awful. Free health service is a joke, it's not free as we all pay for it through national insurance and the times you need it it's just a joke. Terrible terrible place, would advise going with any other gp even if it is out of the way. Appalling service
