- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a regular customer here since the days of Eileen Gay and have always received first class service. Within the last year, however, there have been significant staff changes. The excellent team of Shane, Carol and Edward have all left ( to set up their own practice ). Following my latest visit to Waltham Abbey Opticians last July they needed 3 attempts before they finally managed to fit the correct lenses to my prescription sunglasses.by Ken FDecember 18, 2016
